SOIL GENESIS AND PEDOGENESIS

Soil genesis, frequently referred to as pedogenesis, is the complex process by which soils are formed. This continuous transformation involves the interaction of numerous factors, including climate, topography, parent material, organic matter, and time. These components act in a collective manner to construct the physical, chemical, and biological
